Online Consultations
All consultations are carried out online, allowing you to be in the comfort of your own home. This creates a more relaxed environment where we can explore your health in a calm and supportive way.
All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space where you can talk freely.
What to Expect
Before your first consultation, you will be asked to complete a detailed health questionnaire and a short food diary. This helps me gain an initial understanding of your health, lifestyle, and current concerns.
During your initial consultation, we will explore your health history, current symptoms, diet, and lifestyle in more detail. We will also discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve, so we can create a plan that feels realistic and tailored to you.
Following your session, you will receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, which may include dietary guidance, supplement recommendations (where appropriate), and lifestyle changes to support your health.

Functional Testing
In some cases, we may decide that additional testing would be helpful to gain a deeper understanding of your health. Where appropriate, I can support you in interpreting functional test results and integrating them into your personalised plan. Testing is always optional and used to guide a more targeted and individualised approach.
Please note: Functional testing is not included in consultation fees and will incur an additional cost, depending on the tests selected.

Step 1 — Discovery Call
(20 minutes)
A short, informal call to understand your needs and see how I can support you. This is an opportunity to ask questions and decide whether working together feels right for you.
Step 2 — Initial Consultation
(75 minutes)
A comprehensive session where we explore your health in depth and begin to build your personalised plan.
Step 3 — Follow-up Consultation
(50 minutes)
Follow-up consultations provide the opportunity to review your progress, make any adjustments, and continue supporting you towards your goals. Sessions are usually spaced around a few weeks apart, depending on your needs.
